Cancellation:
Kontour Medical Spa accepts the following forms of payment for services and products: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and debit cards processed as credit.
To reserve an appointment, a valid credit or debit card must be kept securely on file.
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations, and no-show appointments will be assessed a $75.00 cancellation fee.
By scheduling an appointment with Kontour Medical Spa, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Cancellation Policy. You expressly authorize Kontour Medical Spa to charge the credit or debit card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fee incurred under this policy. You understand that no additional notice or authorization is required before Kontour Medical Spa charges the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to your card on file. This authorization remains in effect for all current and future appointments unless revoked in writing prior to the scheduled appointment.
The cancellation fee is separate from payment for services rendered and is intended to compensate Kontour Medical Spa for reserved appointment time that could not be offered to another patient.
Refund:
Refund Policy We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Patients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
Retail:
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
No refund on Gift Certificate purchases.
