Ayleen Martinez, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate whose passion for aesthetic medicine is rooted in helping patients look and feel like the most confident version of themselves. Originally from Florida, Ayleen moved to Georgia to attend PA school and has since made Atlanta home.
With a background in medical and cosmetic dermatology, Ayleen brings a strong foundation in facial anatomy, skin health, and patient care to her approach to aesthetics. At Kontour, she has trained extensively alongside founder and lead injector, Karishma Lakhani, PA-C, developing her technique around Kontour’s philosophy of natural, balanced facial rejuvenation. She has also completed multiple advanced aesthetic training courses through the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI), further refining her expertise in facial assessment, injectable techniques, and individualized treatment planning.
At Kontour Medical Spa, Ayleen specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, and comprehensive aesthetic treatments, approaching each patient with the belief that great results come from looking at the face and skin as a whole. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, she creates individualized treatment plans designed to enhance each patient’s natural features while maintaining balance, movement, and authenticity.
Ayleen believes aesthetic medicine should enhance, not change, what makes each patient unique. Her goal is for patients to leave feeling refreshed and confident, with results that still feel unmistakably like themselves.
Outside of Kontour, Ayleen can usually be found with a good book, at a Pilates class, or making her way through the best restaurants Atlanta has to offer.
Danica Hirsh is a licensed medical aesthetician whose passion for skin health is rooted in both clinical knowledge and a genuine love for helping patients feel confident in their skin. With experience across medical spas, luxury day spas, and head spa therapies, she brings a well-rounded approach to every treatment, blending results-driven techniques with a restorative experience.
After more than a year at Kontour Medical Spa, Danica has become a patient favorite for her thoughtful consultations and gentle, attentive care. Personally trained by our founder, Karishma Lakhani, PA-C, she specializes in HydraFacials, chemical peels, and advanced laser treatments, always tailoring each service to meet the unique needs of the patient in front of her.
Danica believes that great skin care goes beyond the treatment itself. Her goal is for every patient to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for, creating an experience that delivers visible results while offering a moment of calm in a busy world.
